Jussi Adler-Olsen, født 1950, er en dansk krimiforfatter, der har opnået stor anerkendelse for sine udgivelser.
Adler-Olsen har tidligere arbejdet som blandt andet forlægger, og slog igennem med sin første bog, Alfabethuset, i 1997 til store roser.
Sidenhen har Adler-Olsen udgivet bøgerne om Afdeling Q, som har efterforskeren Carl Mørck i hovedrollen. Bøgerne i Afdeling Q er løbende blevet filmatiseret, hvilket kun har udvidet den danske befolknings kendskab til Adler-Olsen og hans forfatterskab.
Adler-Olsen har modtaget flere priser for sit forfatterskab, og i 2011 modtog han De Gyldne Laurbær.
